Wir, als Arbeitsvermittler, suchen im Auftrag einer modernen Senioreneinrichtung in Berlin Spandau eine/n engagierte/n Pflegefachassistent/in (m/w/d).

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege unter Anleitung der Pflegefachkräfte
  • Unterstützung bei Mobilisation, Ernährung und Körperpflege der Bewohner/innen
  • Beobachtung und Dokumentation des Gesundheitszustands
  • Mitgestaltung eines respektvollen und herzlichen Zusammenlebens
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechungen und Fortbildungen
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene 1-jährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent/in (Pflegebasiskurs reicht nicht aus!)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen und ein hohes Maß an Empathie
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
  • Wir bieten
