## Deine Aufgaben

· Unterstützung bei der Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Patient:innen

· Durchführung von ärztlich verordneten Maßnahmen im Rahmen der Qualifikation

· Mitarbeit bei Pflegedokumentationen

## Dein Profil

· Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent:in oder vergleichbare Qualifikation

· Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen und in der ambulanten Pflege

· Teamgeist, Empathie und Zuverlässigkeit

· Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit

· Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
