Deine Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der ambulanten Grund- und Behandlungspflege im Rahmen deiner Qualifikation
  • Unterstützung unserer Patientinnen und Patienten im Alltag
  • Durchführung der vereinbarten pflegerischen Tätigkeiten
  • Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen
  • Einfühlsamer und respektvoller Umgang mit unseren Pflegebedürftigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten und unserem Pflegeteam

Das bringst du mit

  • Qualifikation als Pflegefachassistent (m/w/d)
  • Freude am Umgang mit Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen und Teamfähigkeit
  • Selbstständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
