Für eine angesehene stationäre Pflegeeinrichtung im Märkischen Kreis wird zur sofortigen Unterstützung des Teams eine Pflegefachassistenz (1-jährig) gesucht. Die Einrichtung legt großen Wert auf ein menschliches Miteinander, professionelle Pflege und eine wertschätzende Arbeitsatmosphäre.

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung bei der Grundpflege und Betreuung der Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner
  • Durchführung delegierter behandlungspflegerischer Maßnahmen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Gestaltung eines strukturierten und respektvollen Alltags
  • Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen

Ihr Profil:

  • Abgeschlossene einjährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachassistent/in (m/w/d)
  • Freude an der Arbeit mit älteren Menschen
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zu Schicht- und Wochenenddiensten
