## Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Versorgung hilfsbedürftiger älterer Menschen im Rahmen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege und Hilfestellung bei der individuellen Körperpflege und alltäglichen Aufgaben.
  • Unterstützung bei der Speisenversorgung, der Angehörigenarbeit und der Pflegedokumentation.

## Das wünschen wir uns:

  • Eine Ausbildung zur Pflegefachassistent\*in bzw. eine gleichwertige mindestens 1-jährige Ausbildung.
  • Sensibilität, um die Bedürfnisse unserer Bewohner\*innen in den Mittelpunkt zu stellen.
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Kommunikations-, Kritik- und Teamfähigkeit.
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein im Interesse von Bewohner\*innen und Kolleg\*innen.
