Wir suchen eine \*n motivierte \*n Pflegefachassistent \*in (m/w/d) mit abgeschlossener 1-jähriger Ausbildung (Pflegefachassistenz, APH, KPH) in Teilzeit, in unserer Residenz-Herren-Werve

### Aufgaben

  • Körperbezogene Pflege
  • Schaffung einer Tagesstruktur für die BewohnerInnen
  • EDV-gestützte Pflegedokumentation
  • Zusammenarbeit mit an der Versorgung beteiligten Personengruppen

### Profil

  • Sie verfügen über Einfühlungsvermögen und eine wertschätzende Haltung
  • Sie pflegen einen professionellen Umgang mit den Angehörigen
  • Zuverlässigkeit und Teamfähigkeit und haben Spaß an der Arbeit
  • ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit und persönliches Engagement
  • Bereitschaft zum Wochenenddienst
  • hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Flexibilität
