Das sind Ihre Aufgaben:

  • die Sicherstellung der Lebenszufriedenheit unserer Kunden in der häuslichen Umgebung
  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Mitverantwortung für die fachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentation

Wir wünschen uns Mitarbeiter (m/w/d) mit:

  • Qualifikation als Pflegefachassistenz oder Pflegehilfskraft mit Ausbildung
  • einer engagierten, einfühlsamen Persönlichkeit, die selbständig und verantwortungsbewusst arbeitet
  • Führerschein Klasse B
