Ihre Aufgaben sind:

  • Durchführung der Grundpflege, eingegrenzte behandlungspflegerische Tätigkeiten
  • Mitwirkung bei der Umsetzung einer kontinuierlichen, individuellen und umfassenden Pflege und Betreuung nach dem Bezugspflegemodell
  • aktive Mitarbeit bei der Pflegeprozessplanung
  • Dokumentation und Weitergabe von pflegerischen Beobachtungen an Pflegefachkräfte
  • aktive Teilnahme an fach- und dienstbezogenen Besprechungen

Wichtig sind für uns:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene ein- oder zweijährige Ausbildung zur Pflegeassistenz
  • Bereitschaft zur Tätigkeit im Schichtsystem mit flexibler Einsatzfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft und Fähigkeit zur Zusammenarbeit im Team sowie zur Teilnahme an Fortbildungen
  • anwendbare PC - Kenntnisse
  • ein gültiges Gesundheitszeugnis
