Die Seniorenheim St. Stephanus gGmbH als Einrichtung der vollstationären Altenhilfe in Trägerschaft der katholischen Kirchengemeinde Papst Johannes in Hamm-Heessen sucht für den Standort Seniorenheim St. Stephanus mit 195 Plätzen ab sofort:

Pflegefachassistenten (m/w/d) (1jährig examiniert) in Teilzeit .

Ihre Aufgabe:

  • Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner wertschätzend bei einem möglichst selbstbestimmten Alltag zu unterstützen
  • Mitarbeit bei der ärztlichen Diagnostik und Therapie
  • Pflegefachliche Standards sicher zu stellen
  • Die EDV-gestützten Pflegedokumentationssystems (Vivendi®) zu führen
  • Guten Kontakt zu den Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern sowie ihrer Bezugspersonen, Ärzten, Betreuern und Therapeuten zu halten

Ihr Profil:

  • Abschluss der Qualifizierten Ausbildung
  • Freude, in diesem Beruf zu arbeiten
