Pflegefachassistenz (m/w/d) - Seniorenzentrum St. Bonifatius

Teilzeit

  • Ihre Aufgaben:
  • Übernahme der (behandlungs-) grundpflegerischen Aufgaben bei unseren Klienten
  • Ressourcenorientierte Durchführung der Grundpflege
  • Aktivierende Unterstützung bei der Förderung von Mobilität und Beweglichkeit der Klienten
  • Krankenbeobachtung und Dokumentation nach Rücksprache mit der Pflegefachkraft
  • Unterstützung der Pflegefachkraft bei der Umsetzung der Maßnahmenplanung
  • Was Sie mitbringen:
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Pflegefachassistenz (m/w/d)
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Krankenpflegehelfer (m/w/d)
  • abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum Altenpflegehelfer (m/w/d)
