Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für unseren ambulanten Pflegedienst in Rüsselsheim
Deine Aufgaben:
- Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege im häuslichen Umfeld
- Individuelle Betreuung und Beratung unserer Klientinnen und Klienten
- Pflegedokumentation und Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten und Angehörigen
- Mitgestaltung eines positiven und wertschätzenden Arbeitsumfelds
Dein Profil:
- Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in, Altenpfleger/in oder vergleichbar)
- Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Empathie und Teamgeist
- Führerschein Klasse B wünschenswert
- Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen
