Als Pflegefachkraft stellen Sie in Zusammenarbeit mit dem anstaltsärztlichen Dienst die medizinische Versorgung der Gefangenen sicher. Dies geschieht in einem Krankenrevier, das in Funktion und Ausstattung mit allgemeinmedizinischen Arztpraxen vergleichbar ist. In der hiesigen Justizvollzugsanstalt sind zur stationären Aufnahme Bettenstationen eingerichtet. Darüber hinaus verfügt die Justizvollzugsanstalt Weiterstadt über eine Station für psychisch auffällige Gefangene.

  • Eine Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachfrau/Pflegefachmann oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung.
  • Bereitschaft zu Wechselschicht- und Schichtdienst (auch an Feiertagen und Wochenenden).
  • ein sicheres und kompetentes Auftreten, Belastbarkeit, Team- und Konfliktfähigkeit, Flexibilität und Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Engagement sowie Eigeninitiative. Interkulturelle Kompetenzen und Fremdsprachenkenntnisse sind von Vorteil.
