Zur Unterstützung unseres familiären Pflegeteams suchen wir aktuell zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt eine(n) engagierte(n)

# Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)

für unsere Klienten in Eckernförde und Umgebung.

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung der allgemeinen Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege unserer Klienten (z.B. Körperpflege, Mobilisation, Medikamentengabe, Wundversorgung, Blutdruck-, Puls- und Blutzuckerkontrolle, Portversorgung etc.)
  • Hauswirtschaftliche Versorgung gemäß dem individuellen Versorgungs- und Betreuungsbedarf unserer Klienten
  • Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung
  • Anleitung und Beratung von Angehörigen
  • Hausnotruf-Einsätze

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

  • Abschluss als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)
  • Du möchtest nicht nur pflegen, sondern das Leben unserer Klienten bereichern
  • Hohe pflegerische und soziale Kompetenz
  • Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
