Zur Verstärkung unseres Pflegeteams suchen wir ab sofort

eine/r Pflegefachhelfer/in m/w/d für unser Seniorendomizil Haus Antonius in Göllheim.

Voraussetzungen:

1-jährige Berufsausbildung als Altenpflegehelfer/in, Gesundheits- und Krankenpflegehelfer/in

Aufgaben:

Klassische Altenpflege-Aufgaben wie die individuelle Behandlungspflege unserer Bewohner

Du gestaltest die aktivierende Tagesstruktur entsprechend den individuellen Bedürfnissen jedes/jeder Bewohners/Bewohnerin

Deine Sorgfalt ist bei Dokumentation, Medikamentenvergabe und Pflegeprotokollen gefragt.

Gemeinsam mit Deinem Team vor Ort trägst Du maßgeblich zur Sicherstellung der Pflegequalität bei.

Du pflegst vertrauensvollen Kontakt zu Angehörigen und behandelnden Ärzten
