Wir suchen zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt

eine/n Pflegefachhelfer/in (m/w/d) in Teil.- oder Vollzeit (mind. 25 bis 40 Stunden)

Das bieten wir Ihnen:

  • Ihre Bezahlung erfolgt im Rahmen der Tariftreueregelung nach der AVR Diakonie Bayern mit den üblichen Zeitzuschlägen, Zulagen und einer Jahressonderzahlung.
  • Das Angebot regelmäßiger Fortbildungsmöglichkeiten nach Wunsch und Bedarf ist selbstverständlich, die Kosten werden voll vom Arbeitgeber übernommen.

Ihre wesentlichen Aufgaben sind:

  • Durchführung pflegerischer und betreuender Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung einfacher medizinischer Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung der Behandlungspflege
  • Pflegedokumentation
  • Teilnahme an der Erstellung von Tagesstrukturen und Maßnahmeplänen

Voraussetzung:

Einjährige bzw. 18-monatige Ausbildung zur Pflegefachhelferin bzw. Pflegefachhelfer in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege
