Als engagierter Pflegefachhelfer (m/w/d) in unserem ambulanten Team gestaltest du eine persönliche und hochwertige Versorgung von Menschen in ihrem Zuhause. Du arbeitest selbstbestimmt und mit ausreichend Zeit für individuelle Pflegebedürfnisse. Dabei kannst du dich auf ein erfahrenes, unterstützendes Team, klare Abläufe und moderne digitale Prozesse verlassen.

### Über unsere Einrichtung

Wir sind ein ambulanter Pflegedienst mit rund 120 Mitarbeitenden an unserem Standort in Eichstätt. Unsere Teams sind jeweils für ein festes Gebiet im Landkreis Eichstätt zuständig und versorgen Menschen dort, wo sie sich am wohlsten fühlen – in ihrer vertrauten Umgebung. Unsere tägliche Arbeit vereint fachliche Kompetenz mit echter Menschlichkeit. Was uns besonders macht, ist das Gefühl, gemeinsam etwas Sinnvolles zu tun.

### Aufgaben

  • Du führst eigenverantwortlich die Grund- und Behandlungspflege bei unseren Klient:innen durch.
  • Du setzt prophylaktische Maßnahmen um und begleitest ärztlich verordnete Therapien.
  • Du gestaltest den Pflegeprozess aktiv mit und dokumentierst digital und unkompliziert per Diensthandy.
  • Du arbeitest eng mit Angehörigen, Kolleg:innen und Ärzt:innen zusammen.

### Profil

  • Ausgebildete/r Pflegefachhelfer / Pflegefachhelferin
  • Empathie, Teamgeist und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Strukturierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • Identifikation mit den Zielen und Werten der Caritas
