Ihre Aufgaben

  • Mithilfe und Unterstützung bei der Erledigung festgelegter Pflegeaufgaben
  • Ausführung von ärztlichen Verordnungen und Behandlungspflege nach individueller Ein- und Anweisung
  • Mithilfe bei der aktiven Alltagsgestaltung und Unterstützung bei der Speisenversorgung
  • Hilfestellung und Begleitung unserer Bewohner\*innen bei deren Lebensgestaltung
  • Fachgerechte Pflegedokumentation
  • Kontakt zu externen Dienstleistern, Ärzten und Apotheken

Ihr Profil

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zum staatlich geprüften Pflegefachhelfer (m/w/d) oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Pflegerisches Grundverständnis und (erste) Erfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Teamgeist, Zuverlässigkeit und Freude am Umgang mit älteren Menschen
  • Bereitschaft zu Fort- und Weiterbildung
  • Deutschkenntnisse
