# Pflegefachhelfer (m/w/d) in der Ambulanten Pflege (Gebiet Marktl)

## Ihre Aufgaben:

Zu Ihren Aufgaben gehört die Durchführung der ambulanten Grund- und Behandlungspflege, die Beratung sowie die fachgerechte, EDV-gestützte Dokumentation.

Informationen zur Arbeitszeit sowie Sonstiges:

von Montag bis Sonntag nach Dienstplan - i. d. R. jedes zweite Wochenende frei. Frühester Beginn: 6.00 Uhr, spätestes Ende: 20.00 Uhr.

Es handelt sich hierbei um eine Teilzeitstelle mit max. 19,25 Wochenstunden. Ein Dienstfahrzeug steht zur Ausübung der Tätigkeit in der ambulanten Pflege zur Verfügung.

## Ihr Profil:

  • Qualifikation als Pflegefachhelfer/in (m/w/d)
  • wünschenswert: Berufserfahrung in der ambulanten Pflege
  • selbständige und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • gültige Fahrerlaubnis der Klasse B
  • Kommunikationsfähigkeit
  • Einfühlungsvermögen
  • Flexibilität
