Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Unterstützung der Pflegefachkraft bei der Umsetzung professioneller Pflege und Betreuung unserer Kunden
  • Fachgerechte Dokumentation der erbrachten Leistungen
  • Wirtschaftlicher, sorgsamer Einsatz und Umgang mit Betriebsmitteln
  • Durchführung geeigneter Maßnahmen bei Notfallsituationen
  • Umsetzung von Konzepten und Qualitätsrichtlinien

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Eine abgeschlossene staatlich anerkannte Ausbildung als Pflegefachhelfer/-in oder Sozialbetreuer/-in
  • Fähigkeit und Bereitschaft zu strukturiertem und zuverlässigem Arbeiten
  • Kommunikations-, Kooperations- und Kompromissbereitschaft
  • Team- und Entscheidungsfähigkeit
