Der Ende 2021 eröffnete Neubau mit 127 Pflegeplätzen bietet neben stationärer Pflege auch Kurzzeitpflege und Verhinderungspflege und ist besonders spezialisiert auf die Pflege bei demenzieller Veränderung. Besondere Highlights für unsere Bewohner sind der Therapiegarten, die Sole-Oase, der Vitalzirkel und das Wohlfühlbad.

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns:

Fachgerechte körperbezogene Pflegemaßnahmen

Digitale Pflegedokumentation

Zuarbeit für die individuelle Pflegeplanung

Aktivierende Betreuung der Bewohner und Förderung der Lebensqualität
