DAS ERWARTET DICH

DEINE AUFGABEN

  • Ganzheitliche und aktivierende Pflege, Versorgung und Betreuung von Bewohnern/Patienten
  • Förderung der Zufriedenheit und Lebensqualität der Bewohner/Patienten
  • Umsetzung unseres Pflegekonzeptes sowie Weiterentwicklung der pflegerischen Qualität und unserer Prozesse
  • Gewissenhafte Führung der Pflegedokumentation

DAS BRINGST DU MIT

  • Ausbildung als Pflegefachhelfer/in
  • Flexibilität und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Einfühlungsvermögen, Freundlichkeit und gute Umgangsformen
  • Selbständiges Arbeiten und Belastbarkeit
  • Positive Einstellung zur Arbeit der Diakonie

Die Diakonie Landshut ist mit mehr als 560 Beschäftigten einer der größten Arbeitgeber im Pflege- und Sozialbereich in der Stadt Landshut und Umgebung. Drei unserer insgesamt 4 Pflegeeinrichtungen bieten eine stationäre Betreuung (Matthäusstift in Landshut, Johannesstift in Altdorf, Elisabethstift in Adlkofen), die Sozialstation in Landshut ermöglicht eine ambulante Pflege.
