Unser kleines Demenz-Heim (bestehend seit mehr als 55 Jahren!) bietet in familiärer Atmosphäre Platz für 34 Bewohner. Wir pflegen individuell, bewohnerspezifisch und zugewandt. Herzlichkeit und Empathie sollten Sie auszeichnen, denn sie zeichnen die Pflege und den Umgang mit unseren Bewohnern im unseren Haus aus.

Durchführung einer individuellen, bedürfnisorientierten Grund- und Behandlungspflege während der Nacht.- Medikamentengabe, Medikamentekontrolle und –stellen. - Akut- und Notfallversorgung - Lückenlose digitale oder schriftliche Pflegedokumentation sowie Führen der Vital- und Maßnahmentabellen.- Strukturierte Vorbereitung und Durchführung der Frühschicht-Übergabe am Morgen.

Was Sie mitbringen:- Eine dreijährige Berufsausbildung zur Pflegefachkraft mit Examen- Herz und Verstand bilden bei Ihnen eine Einheit- Pünktlichkeit und Zuverlässigkeit- Geduld mit unseren Bewohnern (durchgehend dement)- Team- und Kritikfähigkeit
