Der Fachdienst Haus Sophienstraße bietet Menschen mit psychischen Erkrankungen und komplexem Hilfebedarf sowohl ein ambulant betreutes sowie ein stationäres Wohnangebot in einer besonderen Wohnform an.

Pflegefachkraft als Fachkraft für die Sozialpsychiatrie (m/w/d)

Stellenumfang 80% - 100 %

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Sie fördern und begleiten Menschen mit einem komplexem Hilfebedarf, ihrer individuellen Entwicklung und bei der beruflichen und sozialen Teilhabe
  • Sie verrichten pflegerische Aufgaben zur Unterstützung und Erhaltung der Fähigkeiten der Bewohner
  • Sie arbeiten verantwortungsbewusst in einem Team mit sowie personenzentriert mit den Bewohner\_innen

  • Vergütung bei einer 39h-Woche und Erfüllung entsprechend fachlicher Qualifikationen S8b - S12 AVR (3.371€ - 5.331€ entspr. Berufserfahrung) plus Weihnachtsgeld oder Jahressonderzahlung.

Das bringen Sie mit:

  • Berufserfahrung und Kenntnisse im Umgang mit chronisch psychisch kranken Menschen wäre wünschenswert
  • Positive Grundhaltung, Respekt, Sensibilität, Empathie und gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten im Umgang mit Menschen mit Unterstützungsbedarf
  • Teamfähigkeit und persönliche Zuverlässigkeit. Vernetztes Denken und Handeln
  • Qualifikation als Pflegefachkraft
