Inmitten des grünen Stadtteils Oberneuland bietet unsere 2002 eröffnete Residenz 66 Einzel- und 7 Doppelzimmer mit hochwertiger Ausstattung und Notruf-System. Unsere geschützte Gartenanlage mit großem Teich und vielen behaglichen Plätzen lädt zum Entspannen ein.​

Als Teil der familiengeführten K&S Gruppe mit über 30 Jahren Erfahrung in der Seniorenpflege stehen wir für Qualität, Herzlichkeit und ein starkes Miteinander.​

Ihre zukünftigen Aufgaben bei uns:

Fachgerechte körperbezogene Pflegemaßnahmen und Behandlungspflege

Überwachung der Hygienestandards unter Berücksichtigung geltender Rechtsvorschriften

Schulungen und Unterweisungen von Kollegen zu hygienerelevanten Themen

Beratung von Kollegen, Bewohnern und Angehörigen

Digitale Dokumentationsaufgaben

Was wir von Ihnen erwarten:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examinierte Pflegefachkraft und fachliche Erfahrung in der Alten- oder Krankenpflege

Weiterbildung zur/zum Hygienebeauftragten oder Bereitschaft diese in naher Zukunft zu absolvieren

Eine positive, einfühlsame Kommunikation mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen
