Pflegefachkraft als Nachtwache (m/w/d)

Bereich: Stationäre Pflege; unbefristet in Teilzeit

Der Caritasverband für das Erzbistum Hamburg e.V. (Caritas im Norden) ist der Wohlfahrtsverband der katholischen Kirche in Norddeutschland. Über 2.400 Beschäftigte arbeiten hier unter dem Leitwort "Not sehen und handeln". Unser Caritashaus St. Vincenz bietet 105 Seniorinnen und Senioren aller Pflegestufen ein gemütliches Zuhause voller Geborgenheit und Lebendigkeit.

Das sind Ihre Tätigkeiten

Individuelle und ganzheitliche Begleitung unserer Bewohnerinnen und Bewohner

Planung und Koordination der Pflegeleistungen

Durchführung aller notwendigen Maßnahmen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege

Dokumentation der Pflegeleistungen in unserem EDV-System

Interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit anderen Berufsgruppen

Wir wünschen uns

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann oder als Altenpfleger:in oder als Krankenschwester / Krankenpfleger oder vergleichbar

Eigenständige und pragmatische Arbeitsweise auch in ungeplanten Situationen

Eigenverantwortliches Handeln im Rahmen unseres Pflegekonzeptes

Teamfähigkeit und wertschätzende Kommunikation

Sie haben Lust auf Veränderung und neue Prozesse

Anerkennung und Umsetzung unseres christlichen Leitbildes

Vergütung nach dem Tarif der Caritas (AVR Entgeltgruppe P 7) Ausführliche Gehaltsinformation
