\*Aufstockung der Arbeitszeit bis zu 38,5 Stunden als Fachkraft möglich

Ihre Aufgaben bei uns

  • Anleitung von unterstellten Mitarbeiter*innen wie Azubis, Schüler*innen sowie Praktikant\*innen
  • Durchführung einer individuellen und aktivierenden Pflege unserer Bewohner\*innen
  • Sie gestalten Ihren Wohnbereich aktiv mit
  • Sie verstehen Dokumentation als Teil Ihres Berufsverständnisses

Darüber freuen wir uns

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Nachweis über die entsprechende Weiterbildungsmaßnahme als Praxisanleitung
  • Ausgeprägte Sozial- und Fachkompetenzen
  • Sicherer Umgang in IT-gestützter Dokumentation
  • Sie sind ein Pflegeprofi
