Für unser AWO Seniorenhaus "Lambrechter Tal" in Lambrecht suchen wir eine Pflegefachkraft als Praxisanleiter (m/w/d) in Vollzeit unbefristet

# Pflegefachkraft als Praxisanleiter (m/w/d)

## DAS BRINGEN SIE MIT:

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft sowie Weiterbildung zur Praxisanleitung
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Altenpflege
  • Anleitung und Begleitung von Auszubildenden sowie Mitarbeit in der direkten Pflege
  • Sicherstellung einer fachgerechten, individuellen Pflege unserer Bewohner*innen
  • Planung, Durchführung und Dokumentation von Praxisanleitungen im Pflegealltag
  • Kenntnisse in Ausbildungsstandards, rechtlichen Grundlagen sowie Freude an Wissensvermittlung
  • Teamfähigkeit, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Motivation zur Weiterentwicklung

## DARAUF KÖNNEN SIE SICH FREUEN:

  • Vergütung nach TV AWO Pfalz EG 8a: 4.192,95 € bis 4.799,68 € brutto (39 Std./Woche, je nach Erfahrung, inkl. Pflegezulage) zzgl. Zulagen
  • 5-Tage-Woche, 30 Tage Urlaub, Jahressonderzahlung und Zuschläge
