  • Mitarbeit als Fachkraft für die Unterstützung der Pflegedienstleitung mit wöchentlichen Freistellungen für diese Tätigkeit.
  • Vollständige Übernahme der PDL-Aufgaben bei Urlaub oder Krankheit
  • Mithilfe bei der Dienst- und Urlaubsplanung, Einarbeitung neuer Mitarbeiter sowie Unterstützung der Mitarbeiterführung
  • Überwachung von Pflegestandards, Durchführung von Pflegevisiten und Mitwirkung an der Qualitätsentwicklung.
  • Kooperation mit Wohnbereichsleitungen, Ärzten, Therapeuten und der Heimleitung
  • Aktive Mitarbeit in der Bewohnerversorgung
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Altenpfleger oder Pflegefachmann/-frau).
  • Berufserfahrung in der stationären Altenpflege, möglichst als Wohnbereichsleitung oder stv. WBL
  • Vorteilhaft aber keine Voraussetzung: Eine Weiterbildung zur leitenden Pflegefachkraft / stv. PDL.
  • Soziale Kompetenz, Organisationstalent und Durchsetzungsfähigkeit.
