Wir suchen dich als Pflegefachkraft / Altenpfleger / GuK (m/w/d) in der 1:1 außerklinischen Intensivpflege in Katzhütte . Du betreust einen Klienten oder eine Klientin im häuslichen Umfeld – mit voller Aufmerksamkeit, ohne Zeitdruck und mit der Ruhe, die wirklich gute Pflege braucht.

### Deine Aufgaben

  • Individuelle 1:1 Betreuung eines beatmungs- oder intensivpflichtigen Patienten im eigenen Zuhause
  • Kontinuierliche Überwachung vitaler Funktionen und Beatmungsparameter
  • Trachealkanülenmanagement, Absaugen, Inhalationen
  • Medikamentengabe, Sondenernährung, Wundversorgung
  • Notfallmanagement und schnelle Reaktion bei Komplikationen
  • Enge Abstimmung mit Ärzt:innen, Therapeut:innen und Angehörigen
  • Sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation

### Das bringst du mit

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Gesundheits- und (Kinder-)Krankenpfleger:in oder Altenpfleger:in
  • Idealerweise Weiterbildung oder Erfahrung in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege – wir bilden dich gerne weiter
  • Sicherer Umgang mit medizintechnischen Geräten oder die Bereitschaft, dich einzuarbeiten
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Eigenständigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Freude am ruhigen, konzentrierten Arbeiten im 1:1 Setting
  • Deutschkenntnisse mindestens B2

### Deine Vorteile

  • Tarifgebundene Vergütung nach ABVP und GÖD
  • Ø 4.600 € brutto/Monat (Vollzeit, inkl. 13. Monatsgehalt)
  • Wechselschichtzulage Intensivpflege: 155 €
  • Zeitzuschläge bis zu 50 % pro Stunde
  • Funktionszulagen möglich
  • 39-Stunden-Woche (Teilzeit nach Vereinbarung möglich)
  • 30 Tage Urlaub
  • Pflegezusatzversicherung: 80 €/Monat
