Wir suchen eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für das Karl-Ehmer-Stift in Ingersheim in Vollzeit.

  • Du steuerst den Pflegeprozess und koordinierst die Grund- und Behandlungspflege unserer Bewohner und Bewohnerinnen.
  • Du pflegst die Menschen in deiner Wohngruppe und dokumentierst deine Tätigkeiten.
  • Du stehst in Kontakt mit Arztpraxen, Apotheken und Angehörigen.

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung in der Altenpflege oder in der Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege
