Wir suchen: Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für Spätdienste

Du hast Lust, Pflege zu machen, aber bevorzugst die Spätschicht? Dann haben wir genau das Richtige für dich!

  • Deine Aufgaben:
  • Du kümmerst dich um die Pflege und Betreuung unserer Bewohner im Spätdienst
  • Du sorgst dafür, dass alle pflegerischen Aufgaben (von der Grundpflege bis zur Behandlungspflege) nach Plan laufen
  • Du dokumentierst alles, was wichtig ist
  • Du bist ein wichtiger Teil unseres Teams und arbeitest eng mit deinen Kolleg:innen zusammen, um die beste Pflege zu gewährleisten
  • Was du mitbringen solltest:
  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft (z. B. Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in, Altenpfleger:in oder Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger:in)
  • Du hast Lust auf Spätdienste (z. B. 13:45 bis 21:30 Uhr – oder auch ein anderes Modell nach Absprache)
  • Du gehst respektvoll mit den Bewohnern um und bringst Einfühlungsvermögen mit
  • Du arbeitest eigenständig, aber bist auch gerne Teil eines Teams
  • Flexibilität und gute Laune sind dir wichtig!
