für ein Partnerhaus in der Region Südwestfalen (NRW) suchen wir ab sofort Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d) zur direkten Festanstellung. Die Stelle ist unbefristet und kann in Vollzeit oder Teilzeit besetzt werden. Schicht, Nacht und Wochenende sind möglich, je nach Wunsch und Einsatzbereich.

  • Ihre Aufgaben
  • Ganzheitliche pflegerische Versorgung und Betreuung von Patientinnen und Patienten bzw. Bewohnerinnen und Bewohnern
  • Durchführung und Dokumentation der Pflege
  • Mitwirkung bei ärztlich angeordneten Maßnahmen (z. B. Behandlungspflege je nach Qualifikation)
  • Zusammenarbeit im multiprofessionellen Team
  • Einhaltung der Qualitäts und Hygienestandards
  • Ihr Profil
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau oder Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits und Krankenpfleger/in, Krankenschwester/pfleger, Altenpfleger/in oder Pflegefachassistenz
  • Verantwortungsbewusste und zuverlässige Arbeitsweise
  • Teamfähigkeit und ein wertschätzender Umgang
  • Bereitschaft zu Schichtdiensten (wenn gewünscht)
