Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine engagierte examinierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für die ambulante Pflege.

### Wir bieten

  • Attraktive Vergütung von 22,00 € bis 23,86 € pro Stunde (je nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung)
  • Mit Dienstwagen entspricht dies einem Stundenlohnvorteil von ca. 25,00 € bis 26,00 €
  • NUR FRÜHDIENST möglich
  • Arbeitsbeginn nach Absprache auch ab 08:00 Uhr möglich
  • Vollzeit oder Teilzeit
  • Weiterbildungsmöglichkeiten im Bereich der ambulanten psychiatrischen Versorgung oder zur Praxisleitung

### Ihr Profil

Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als:

  • Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann
  • Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • Altenpfleger/in
  • Führerschein Klasse B zwingend erforderlich
  • Selbstständige und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  • Freundlicher und respektvoller Umgang mit unseren Patienten

### Ihre Aufgaben

  • Durchführung der Grund- und Behandlungspflege im häuslichen Umfeld
  • Dokumentation der pflegerischen Maßnahmen
  • Beratung und Unterstützung von Patienten und Angehörigen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Ärzten, Therapeuten und Angehörigen
