Wir suchen dich in Bad Oeynhausen, Herford, Minden oder Lübbecke für unsere Pflegeteams ambulant.

### Sie bieten uns:

  • Eine 3-jährige oder 1-jährige (Pflege-) ausbildung (Pflegefachkraft, Pflegefachassistenz, Behandlungspflegeschein LG 1+2 NRW oder med. Fachangestellte)
  • Ein sicheres Vorgehen in der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Dokumentation
  • Mobilität, Führerschein Klasse B ist notwendig
  • Freude am Umgang mit älteren oder gehandicapten Menschen
  • Freude am Arbeiten im ambulanten Team

### Ihre Tätigkeit:

Unsere 4 Sozialstationen versorgen in den Kreisen Minden-Lübbecke und Herford insgesamt 1500 Kunden in der eigenen Häuslichkeit. Hierzu gehören ältere Menschen, die wir im Bereich Grund- und Behandlungspflege versorgen ebenso wie jüngere, körperbehinderte Kunden, die mit unserer Unterstützung im eigenen Zuhause leben.

Wir, die PariSozial MLH stehen dafür ein, dass Pflegebedürftige möglichst lange eigenständig in Ihrem Zuhause bleiben können und unterfüttern die pflegerischen Leistungen auch durch unsere anderen Angebote wie Hauswirtschaft, Betreuung sowie Begleit- und Einkaufsdienste. Unsere Beratungen nehmen auch einen wichtigen Stellenwert ein, um häusliche Versorgungen zu stabilisieren.

  • Faire, tarifgebundene Bezahlung (je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung) nach dem PTG-Tarif
