## Ihr Profil

  • Eine abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung als Pflegefachmann/-frau, Krankenschwester/-pfleger, Gesundheits- und Kranken- und Kinderkrankenschwester/ -pfleger oder Altenpfleger/-in
  • Aufgeschlossenheit gegenüber neuen pflegerischen/ medizinischen Erkenntnissen sowie die Bereitschaft zur Mitwirkung an kontinuierlichen Verbesserungsprozessen
  • PKW-Fahrerlaubnis

## Ihre Aufgaben

  • Ganzheitliche Pflege und Betreuung unserer Klienten mit Herz und Fachkompetenz sowie die Förderung der Selbstständigkeit und Lebensqualität
  • Planung, Dokumentation und Evaluation des Pflegeprozesses
  • Sicherstellung von Qualitäts- und Hygienestandards
