Ihre Aufgaben:

Eigenverantwortliche pflegerische Versorgung unserer Klienten im häuslichen Umfeld

Planung, Steuerung und Evaluation der Pflege

Fachliche Anleitung von Pflegeassistenten und Hilfskräften

Sorgfältige Pflegedokumentation

Wir wünschen uns:

Abgeschlossene 3-jährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft, Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in

Empathie, Fachkompetenz und Freude an der ambulanten Pflege

Gepflegtes, professionelles Auftreten

Führerschein Klasse B (zwingend erforderlich)

Gute Deutschkenntnisse

Wir bieten:

Stundenlohn: 27,89 €/h gemäß regionalem Entlohnungsniveau Hamburg
