Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir ab sofort eine Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) Ambulanter Pflegedienst

Ihre Aufgaben:

  • Durchführung grund- und behandlungspflegerischer Tätigkeiten
  • sach- und fachgerechte Führung der Pflegedokumentation
  • Unterstützung der Patient\*innen bei der Alltagsbewältigung
  • Sicherstellung einer konstruktiven Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Ärzten, Betreuern sowie Behörden und sozialen Diensten

Ihr Profil:

  • erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d), Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger (m/w/d) bzw. Krankenschwester/ Krankenpfleger
  • gesundheitliche Eignung
  • Führerschein Klasse B
  • soziale Kompetenz im Umgang mit älteren Menschen und deren Angehörigen
  • Kenntnisse in der Qualitätssicherung
  • Bereitschaft und Wille, die Grundsätze des DRK offensiv zu vertreten

  • *Erstellung des Dienstplanes unter Berücksichtigung der individuellen Situation *
