Das bringen Sie mit: 

  • Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachkraft
  • Zusätzliche Fortbildungen wenn vorhanden oder die Bereitschaft Fortbildungen wahrzunehmen.( Schmerzexperte, Wundexperte, Palliativcare…usw-...)
  • Erfahrung im Pflegeheim Alltag von Vorteil
  • Hohe Fachlichkeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Feinfühligkeit und Verständnis für die Situation der Bewohner
  • Flexibilität und Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Schichtdienst (Frühdienst, Spätdienst, Nachtdienst)
