Wir suchen für unsere Kunden in Leipzig, Chemnitz, Zwickau, Plauen, Dresden und Hof Pflegefachkräfte (m/w/d).

Aufgaben:

  • Behandlungspflege von hilfsbedürftigen oder kranken Menschen
  • Ausführung von ärztlichen Verordnungen
  • Dokumentation der Pflege
  • Hilfe zur Erhaltung der eigenständigen Lebensführung

Profil:

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Altenpfleger (m/w/d) oder Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Berufseinsteiger oder Rückkehrer sind ebenfalls ausdrücklich erwünscht
  • Schicht- und Wochenendbereitschaft
  • Empathische und verantwortungsvolle Arbeitsweise
