Unser ambulanter Pflegedienst sucht für den Standort 19063 Schwerin ab sofort eine zuverlässige Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)

Das sind Deine Aufgaben:

-Durchführung der allgemeinen Grundpflege und Behandlungspflege unserer Klienten (z. B. Körperpflege, Mobilisation, Medikamentengabe, Wundversorgung, Blutdruck-, Puls- und Blutzuckerkontrolle, Portversorgung etc.)

-Pflegedokumentation und Pflegeplanung

-Anleitung und Beratung von Angehörigen

Das solltest Du mitbringen:

-Abschluss als examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger / Krankenschwester (m/w/d), examinierte/r Gesundheits- und Kinderkrankenpfleger / Kinderkrankenschwester (m/w/d), Pflegefachfrau / Pflegefachmann (m/w/d)

-Du möchtest nicht nur pflegen, sondern das Leben unserer Klienten bereichern

-Hohe pflegerische und soziale Kompetenz

-Du besitzt einen Führerschein der Klasse B
