  • Kommunikation, Koordination und Zusammenarbeit mit Patienten, Angehörigen und anderen Berufsgruppen für eine optimale individuelle Versorgung der Patienten

### Deine Kenntnisse und Fähigkeiten

  • eine abgeschlossene medizinisch-/pflegerische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Krankenhaus
  • wünschenswert ist eine abgeschlossene Fachweiterbildung oder die Bereitschaft, diese zu absolvieren
  • empathische Kommunikation im Umgang mit den Patienten, Angehörigen und Kollegen
  • eine selbstständige, strukturierte und teamorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Einsatzbereitschaft, Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
