Zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt suchen wir Pflegefachkräfte mit der Weiterbildung zur außerklinische Intensivpflege in der 1:1 Betreuung.

Deine Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Durchführung der umfassenden, qualifizierten Grund- und Behandlungspflege gemäß AKI-Standards
  • Beatmungsmanagement (invasiv/nicht-invasiv), Tracheostoma- und Sekretmanagement
  • Medikamentenmanagement, Infusions- und Einnahmeverwaltung
  • Mobilisation, Aktivierung, Alltagsbegleitung und soziale Teilhabe der Patientinnen und Patienten
  • Wund-, Infektions-, Schmerz- und Dekubitusprävention
  • Durchführung ärztlich angeordneter Maßnahmen, Abschnitts- und Behandlungspflege
  • Dokumentation gemäß Vorgaben (Pflegedokumentation, Medikation, Beatmungen, Audit-Nachweise)
  • Medizinische Koordination: Abstimmung mit Ärzten, Hausärzten, Apotheken, Reha-Diensten
  • Hygiene- und Infektionsschutz: Hygienemaßnahmen, Infektionsprävention bei Beatmung
  • Notfall- und Krisenmanagement, 24/7-Verfügbarkeit gemäß Schichtplan

Anforderungen (Mindestqualifikation)

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als examiniert Pflegefachkraft (Gesundheits- und Krankenpflege, alternativ Altenpflege mit relevanter Zusatzqualifikation)
  • Zusatzausbildung/Weiterbildung in der außerklinischen Intensivpflege oder intensivpflegerische Zertifikation
  • Kenntnisse in Beatmungsmanagement, Pflegediagnostik, Infektionsprävention, Wundmanagement
  • Gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten, eigenständige Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Empathie, Teamfähigkeit
  • Bereitschaft zur Rufbereitschaft/24/7-Verfügbarkeit gemäß Einsatzplanung

Arbeitszeit und Einsatzort

  • Vollzeit oder Teilzeit, bundesweit einsetzbar
  • Schichtdienst (Tagschicht, ggf. Nacht- und Wochenenddienste) je nach Einsatzgebiet
