Betreuungsfachkraft (m/w/d)

  • in Herne / Castrop-Rauxel, in Voll- oder Teilzeit (mind. 75 %)
  • Ganzheitliche Begleitung, Beratung, Unterstützung und Betreuung Erwachsener mit psychischen Erkrankungen und teilweise geistiger Behinderung
  • Planung der Alltags-Freizeitgestaltung
  • Bearbeitung des Aufnahmeverfahrens entsprechend unserer Konzeption
  • Entwicklung, Umsetzung und Dokumentation von individuellen Förder- und Entwicklungsplänen
  • Zusammenarbeiten mit Angehörigen und rechtlichen Betreuern
  • Teilnahme an Teambesprechung und interdisziplinäres arbeiten innerhalb der WfbM sowie extern z. B. mit Ärzten und Therapeuten
  • Mitverantwortung für administrative, hauswirtschaftliche und organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Heilerziehungspfleger/Erzieher/ Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d)
  • Respektvolle Umgangsformen, Einfühlungsvermögen und Konfliktlösungsfähigkeit
  • Einsatzbereitschaft und Zuverlässigkeit
  • Eigeninitiative und Flexibilität
  • Reflexionsfähigkeit und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kenntnisse in MS-Office und unserer Dokumentationssoftware Vivendi
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
