Der Bathildisheim e.V. ist ein diakonisches Sozialunternehmen mit über 100 Jahren Erfahrung und rund 1.000 engagierten Mitarbeitenden. ## Deine Aufgaben in den Wohngruppen

  • Pflege, Begleitung und Unterstützung von Menschen mit Behinderung
  • Alltagsheld:in – zwischen Struktur und spontanen Planänderungen
  • Im Team lachen, planen, kommunizieren, durchziehen (und manchmal einfach improvisieren)
  • Dokumentieren was passiert ist – auch wenn’s keiner glauben würde
  • Medikamentenmanagement

## Dein Profil

  • Examen in der Pflege oder Heilerziehungspflege
  • Ruhepuls eines Zen-Meisters (oder zumindest gute Nerven)
  • Teamgeist – Du weißt, alleine Kaffee holen zählt nicht
  • Fachlichkeit mit Herz und Verstand
  • Witz, Charme und ein Talent für „kreatives Chaosmanagement“
  • Du teilst unsere christlichen Werte und stehst hinter unserem diakonischen Auftrag.
