Ihr Aufgabengebiet

  • Individuelle Grund- & Behandlungspflege unserer Bewohner
  • Umsetzung der digitalen Pflegeplanung & -dokumentation
  • Verantwortung der Medikamentenausgabe
  • Kontakt zu den Angehörigen, Institutionen & behandelnden Ärzten

Ihr Profil

abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung in den Bereichen Altenpflege oder Gesundheits- & Krankenpflege
