Schwerpunkte Ihrer Tätigkeit sind:

  • Durchführung der individuellen, ressourcenorientierten Pflegeplanung
  • Dokumentation sowie weitere organisatorische Tätigkeiten
  • Gewährleistung der Bezugspflege im Rahmen der Grund- und Behandlungspflege
  • Hilfestellung bei der Bewältigung der alltäglichen Lebensführung der Ihnen anvertrauten Klienten
  • kooperative Zusammenarbeit mit den Angehörigen, gesetzlichen Betreuern, Ärzten, Kliniken und allen Beteiligten

Was Sie mitbringen:

  • eine erfolgreich abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur/zum Altenpfleger/in oder Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger/in
  • ein hohes Maß an fachlicher und sozialer Kompetenz
  • Belastbarkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Loyalität
  • Grundlegende PC-Kenntnisse
