Fair Personal sucht für einen Einsatz im Bereich Medizin & Pflege eine engagierte Fachkraft als Pflegefachkraft Dialyse / Nephrologie (m/w/d) – Frankfurt am Main am Einsatzort Frankfurt am Main, 60311.

Ihre Aufgaben

Vorbereitung, Begleitung und Nachbereitung von Dialysebehandlungen im Rahmen der Qualifikation

Überwachung von Vitalparametern und klinischem Zustand

Hygienische Versorgung von Zugängen nach den geltenden Standards

Dokumentation und patientengerechte Beratung zu Behandlungsabläufen

Das bringen Sie mit

Abgeschlossene dreijährige Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau, Pflegefachmann, Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in oder eine für das Stellenprofil gleichwertige Qualifikation

In Deutschland anerkannter Berufsabschluss und gültige Berufsurkunde

Verantwortungsbewusste, patientenorientierte Arbeitsweise und Freude an multiprofessioneller Zusammenarbeit

Bereitschaft zu den für den Einsatzbereich vereinbarten Diensten

Dialyse- oder Nephrologieerfahrung ist ausdrücklich willkommen

Technisches Verständnis und sorgfältige Beachtung von Hygiene- und Sicherheitsvorgaben

Das bieten wir

30,00 € Stundenlohn für examinierte Pflegefachkräfte und die ausgeschriebene Qualifikation

25 % Nachtzuschlag ab 20:00 Uhr, 50 % Sonntagszuschlag und 100 % Feiertagszuschlag

Unbefristeter Arbeitsvertrag mit vermögenswirksamen Leistungen und betrieblicher Altersvorsorge

Persönliche Betreuung, transparente Einsatzinformationen und verlässliche Erreichbarkeit

Vollzeit, Teilzeit und individuell abgestimmte Dienstmodelle

Je nach Einsatz und Vereinbarung Dienstwagen zur Privatnutzung inklusive Tankkarte möglich

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit oder Teilzeit; Schichtmodell nach Einsatz und persönlicher Abstimmung
