Über uns

Wir sind der Caritasverband für die Diözese Eichstätt e.V. und betreiben 20 Seniorenheime im Bistum Eichstätt, einige davon im Raum Ingolstadt. Unser Caritas-FlexPool ist ein neues Arbeitsmodell, das dir berufliche Flexibilität ermöglicht: Die Arbeitszeiten gibst du vor, dein Einsatzort variiert.

Aufgaben:

Du unterstützt unsere Caritas-Seniorenheime im Bistum Eichstätt bei personellen Engpässen

Du arbeitest Hand in Hand mit den Pflegekräften der Einrichtungen vor Ort

Schnelle und strukturierte Einarbeitung vor Ort

Profil:

Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Pflegefachfrau:mann, staatlich anerkannte:r Altenpfleger:in, oder examinierte:r Gesundheits- und Krankenpfleger:in

Freude am Umgang mit pflegebedürftigen Menschen

Flexibilität bezüglich des Arbeitsortes

eine positive Einstellung zum Dienst bei einem kirchlichen Träger Unser

Angebot:

Gestaltung der eigenen Dienstzeit

Attraktive überdurchschnittliche Vergütung nach Tarif AVR und zusätzliche betriebliche Altersversorgung

FlexPool - Zulage 200 € pro Monat (bei Vollzeit)

Zusätzliche tarifliche Zulagen ca. 204 € (bei Vollzeit)

monatlich 155 € bei ständiger Wechselschicht (bei Vollzeit)

Fahrtkosten für Fahrt zur Einrichtung (einfacher Fahrweg)

Zuzüglich sonstige Zulagen (Schichtzulagen, Jahressonderzahlung, Leistungsentgelt)
