Arche Noris gGmbH sucht eine engagierte Pflegefachkraft (m/w/d) für den Nachtdienst für die vollstationäre Pflege in unserer Einrichtung ( 54 Plätze) in Undenheim. Sie wollen in einem familiären und freundlichen Team zu arbeiten, dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig.

Ihre Aufgaben

  • Erhaltung einer möglichst selbständigen Lebensgestaltung durch individuelle, ganzheitliche und aktivierende Pflege und Betreuung
  • Anpassung der Pflege an den jeweiligen Gesundheitszustand und die Bedürfnisse des Heimbewohners
  • Förderung der Lebenszufriedenheit
  • menschenwürdige Begleitung Sterbender
  • Beachtung der Qualitätspolitik und des Pflegeleitbildes der Pflegeeinrichtung
  • aktive Förderung des guten Betriebsklimas
  • wirtschaftlicher Umgang mit Betriebsmitteln
  • Anleitung und Überprüfung von Pflegefachkräften, von Pflegehilfskräften, Schülern und Praktikanten
  • Entwicklung und Sicherung der Qualität
  • Beachtung der gesetzlichen Bestimmungen, sowie der im Qualitätsmanagementhandbuch dokumentierten internen Regelungen

fachliche Qualifikation:

abgeschlossene Ausbildung zur Krankenschwester/ zum Krankenpfleger oder zur Altenpflegerin/ zum Altenpfleger (m/w/d)
