Pflegeberatung:

  • Ermitteln des jeweiligen Unterstützungsbedarfs
  • Beratung über Pflegeleistungen, Rehabilitationsmaßnahmen sowie Anpassung des Wohnumfeldes
  • Erstellen von individuell zugeschnittenen Versorgungsplänen
  • Kontaktvermittlung zu Fachdiensten und Fachärzten
  • Überprüfung der Durchführung von Versorgungsplänen, ggf. Anpassung
  • Beratung von Pflegenden Angehörigen

  • Zuverlässigkeit bei der Einhaltung von Terminen
  • Empathisches und respektvolles Verhalten gegenüber den Teilnehmenden und Klienten
  • Belastungsfähigkeit und Flexibilität
  • Kontaktfreude und Toleranz
  • Klare Aussprache und gute Ausdrucksfähigkeit
  • Selbstständiges und eigenverantwortliches Arbeiten
  • Fachkompetentes und strukturiertes Arbeiten

Stundenverteilungsplan durch unser Büro

  • Festanstellung/Honorarbasis
  • Urlaubsplanung in Absprache
  • Nettes und flexibles Team
  • Notwendige Qualifikation:
  • Pflegefachkraft oder Studium in Pflegewissenschaften
  • Arbeitsstunden:
  • 25 Std. pro Woche nach Vereinbarung
  • Arbeitszeit:
  • zwischen Montag – Freitag 8:30 – 13:30 Uhr
